Pumpkin days

One can handle love like a pumpkin. Admire, hollow out, lighten, turn into a bogy or prepare a delicious dish. At least that’s what poet Traudel Zölffel says. We have discovered love, too – the love for pumpkin. From 1st to 31st October 2017 we regale you with refined regional cuisine and let the pumpkin become our superstar. Discover the culinary diversity of this manifold vegetable.

The pumpkin days at Restaurant Sparerhof take place in the course of the “Kürbisfest in der Orchideenwelt” (‘Pumpkin Festival in the Orchid World’) in Gargazon. The keepers of the ‘asparagus restaurants’ round up the event’s many offers with pumpkin specialities in eight restaurants in Terlan, Vilpian and Siebeneich.
